Why this exists
Most people trying peptides are guessing.
They are piecing together advice from forums, influencers, and product pages written to sell, not to inform. No bloodwork review. No understanding of interactions. No idea what “correct” even looks like for their body.
That gap is where people get hurt: interactions nobody checked, doses nobody questioned, and symptoms nobody connected to what was being injected.
Peptide MD is one thing only, a consultation with a doctor who knows this area and has no financial interest in what you decide.
The sequence
Three steps, and you are in the diary.
Payment comes first, so the calendar only ever shows times that are genuinely yours to take.
Book your slot
A single fee through Stripe, then pick from the doctor’s genuinely free times in your own time zone. A short intake form covers what you are taking and what you want to discuss.
Meet your doctor
Thirty minutes by video call, one to one, with a doctor who works in this area every week.
Leave with a plan
A clear recommendation and next steps, written up by email within a day, plus the option to book a follow-up.
What you get
What the consultation covers.
- A 1:1 session with a doctor who works in peptide therapy every week
- A clear, honest breakdown of pros, cons, and risks for your specific goals
- A personalised recommendation you can actually act on
The consultation is held over video. Your joining link is in the confirmation email and again in the reminder.
What it is not
- Not a supplier. Peptide MD does not sell, prescribe or dispense any compound.
- Not a subscription. One consultation, one fee. Book again only if you want to.
- Not a rubber stamp. If the honest answer is that you should stop, that is the answer you will get.
The doctor
A doctor who will tell you when the answer is no.
I've been practising medicine for 13 years. My training began in surgery, focused on orthopaedics, before I moved into general practice, where I've worked for the last six years alongside completing a Master's in Sports and Exercise Medicine. Since then my work has spanned sports medicine, longevity and functional medicine, including training with the Institute for Functional Medicine and A4M, health screening with Bupa, NHS work in general practice and complex elderly care, and Medical Director roles for a medical wellness business and a longevity clinic in the Harley Street medical district. I've also worked in sport at elite level, particularly rugby and hockey, building on my own background as a high-performance athlete.

What a doctor would actually tell you about peptides.
Almost everything written about peptides is written by someone selling them. This is not, including the parts that say you probably should not take anything.
30 compounds assessed. No dosing protocols, because that is a conversation rather than a download.
Coming soon
The guide is in final review.
It will be available to download here shortly. If you would rather not wait, the doctor can answer your questions directly.
